Getting “Control centre cannot be started” while trying to access AMD catalyst center in windows 8.1 preview system

Just now, upgraded my windows 7 to windows 8.1 preview OS! My OS is running on AMD RADEON 7670M. After upgrading, i tried to access my AMD catalyst center, during this, i got a error showing “ Control centre cannot be started” onscreen. I have installed all my drivers regarding my GPU. Any help on this problem??

    Hello there !!

since you have upgraded your default operating system to windows 8.1 consumer preview.
it is allright ,but let me tell you that the consumer preview is the testing mode of the actual windows 8.1 but nio the
    original one.
so there is the maximum probability of the presence of the bug in the operating system.
and due to this your control center might not be working.

so yuo need not to take a lot of worries, as this is the testing mode o f the windows so if
you find any issue you can report it to the miicrosoft.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP.
