How to use snipping tool on PDF file on Windows 8?

I was wondering if anybody can help me with my problem. I want to use the snipping tool on a PDF file on my system. Now the problem is that when I open the snipping tool app the PDF goes in the background and I have only the desktop with snipping tool box. How do I get both working together?

    Hi friends,
This problem only for your acrobat reader software and to solve try the below steps:

1> First uninstall the old version of acrobat reader from your system.
2> Download the latest version of acrobat reader from the internet.
3> Run the setup file and follow the instruction.
4> Then run the acrobat reader and use the snipping tool

    Enjoy

    Thanks & Regards.

after that install it ...... and then open the PDF file with Adobe reader

then open the Snipping tool........and click NEW ..... then draw .. on the screen to select the required Image

then finally press ctrl+S ....and select the format ...and save the file
