I have a new windows 8 computer with high configuration, my attempt is to install the Macintosh OS X on my windows 8 computer as a dual boot. But I do not have any knowledge about the effects or causes if I continue this. SO please let me know if this is possible or not and also let me know about the settings which I need to do on my windows 8 system in order to install Mac OS X as the dual boot.

u can definitely dual boot ur system with mac os x......
n it wont cause any harm to ur system.
-first u need to make a partition in ur hard disk for windows 8 and mac os x, n to make partition u need to uninstall windows 8 os....
-after making partition u need to reinstall windows 8 os,for that u ll need genuine windows 8 os disk n genuine key to activate it.
-then in another partition u can install mac os x.....
thats it.....
