Not able to close an opened PDF file in windows 8

I am using windows 8 for the first time in my life and it seems that nothing is more complex than it. I haven't installed any PDF reader application in it. However when i double clicked on PDF files, it opened them but i am not able to find any "x" button to close it. Some please help me..For closing PDF file,i am shutting down my computer which is not an intelligent way.

Re: Not able to close an opened PDF file in windows 8

Firstly i want to inform you that windows 8 comes with pre installed PDF reader software which means there is no need to install any third party PDF reader software. That’s probably the reason why you were able to open PDF files without any issue. In order to close PDF file, simply move your mouse cursor to the upper left corner of screen. The cursor will change into hand. Simply left click on it.It will redirect you to the dekstop. Now do the same thing again but this time, right click on mouse and choose the close option. If you are still facing any issue then simply press "Alt+F4" button on your keyboard. It will close all kind of Opened Application in windows8.

However you need to be tricky to be able to close the opened file.

    just follow these steps...

    1. Click on the top left corner of the desktop screen.
    2. Now move your curser to top left corner of the screen and right click and then click on the close.
    3. Your file shall be closed.
    4. If you are not able to do it then install adobe pdf reader and forget about these hassels of the closing precedure....

THE SOLUTION OF YOUR QUERY IS VERY SIMPLE.HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO.
WHENEVER YOU WANT TO CLOSE A WINDOW WHETHER IT IS A PDF FILE OR SOME ANOTHER PROGRAM JUST PRESS ALT BUTTON AND SIMULTANEOUSLY PRESS THE f4 BUTTON.
YOUR WINDOW WILL BE CLOSED.HERE IS ANOTHER ADVICE FROM ME FOR PDF FILES YOU SHOULD INSTALL ANOTHER PROGRAM LIKE ADOBE READER OR A FOXIT READER.BECAUSE I HAVE USED WINDOWS 8 AND YOU ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH A LOTS OF OPTIONS IN THE WINDOWS 8 DEFAULT READER.
    SO GOOD LUCK!!!
