Unable to access the devices and printers from control panel on HP Windows 8

I upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 8 (and it was quite easy). I have also installed the driver for my HP all in one printer. But when I go to the control panel and click on devices and printers nothing happens. The screen just sits there. Anybody else having the same problem?

You can do a Windows Refresh to take care of the issue.

Touch the mouse pointer at the top right corner , brings it down and then click Settings, then click Change PC Settings, click General, click Refresh your PC without Affecting Your Files, click Get Started, follow the further guidence and this will bring sanity to your system.

Though the defaults will not be touched backup all added files, apps and programs as they will be removed from the system by Refresh.

Friend you did not get the HP devices as well as driver in control panel then you need not worry.

To solve this issue you can do:-

1.You are to delete useless files folders from the windows 8.

2.Scan your windows 8 with good antivirus software.

    3.Delete/uninstall virus/corrupted files/folders/apps from the device.

    4.Restart your windows 8.

5.These steps will create internal memory also helps to keep your device free from viruses.

6.Now you go to download supported HP printer driver fro HP original site.

7.Before starting download you should use fast internet to avoid interruption in downloading.

8.After the completion of downloading you install the driver successfully.

9.Restart your windows 8 and do printing comfortably.

    Thank You,
